Hair Care:
Bundles should always be co-washed before install and continued with conditioner to keep the shine and strength of the bundles. The best thing about unprocessed hair is the longevity of the hair. These bundles can be reused and the hair can last up to 1 year at the minimum.
At PLAYHOUSE HAIR we assure a very high level of quality of Luxury hair extensions. All of our hair is prepared professionally and thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary duty to make sure you are absolutely satisfied with not only our product but also our amazing customer service. If any items are to be returned, items may be exchanged under the following conditions:
- Requests must be made within 7-10 calendar days from the date of purchase. Any exchange request after 7-10 calendar days will not be honored.
- Products must be returned as received. Product partially used, damaged in any way will not be eligible for return and exchange.
- The product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. No refunds will be permitted.
