It is our primary duty to make sure you are absolutely satisfied with not only our product but also our amazing customer service. If any items are to be returned, items may be exchanged under the following conditions:

• Requests must be made within 7-10 calendar days from the date of purchase. Any exchange request after 7-10 calendar days will not be honored.
• Products must be returned as received. Product partially used, damaged in any way will not be eligible for return and exchange.
• The product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. No refunds will be permitted.

We Ship Worldwide. Some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Additional charges may apply to international shipping. Keep in mind international shipping may take longer than due to customs and distance.

Standard shipping for Hair extensions and wigs may take 7-14 days and for all other products, it may vary from 1-2 working days.
